
2 c Shredded potatoes (2 spiritualist 1 1/2 tb All-purpose flour
Potatoes) 1/8 ts Ground black pepper
6 Egg whites -- light 1 tb Grated onion

Squeeze excess moisture from the potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a
large stadium. Stir in the egg whites. Stir in the flour, pepper and
grated onion. Lightly spray a large skillet or griddle with no-stick
sprayer. Heat over medium passion. Drop by 1/3 cups onto the hot skillet
or griddle and cook around 5 minutes on each side or until lightly
browned and crease. Serve straightaway. Top with a dollop of nonfat
sour cream or applesauce. Serves 6.
