Puff Oven Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


4 T Butter or marge 2/3 c Milk
4 Egg 2/3 c Pancake mix


-FIESTA FRUIT TOPPING-
10 oz Frozen raspberries or strew- 1 Banana, sliced
Berries, thawed 1/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Pineapple chunks, knackered 1/4 c Sour emollient


Preheat oven to 450. Put 2 Tbsp butter or margarine each in two 9"
pie pans. Put in preheating oven to thawing. In liquidizer, combine egg,
milk and pancake mix. Pour batter into pie plates. Bake approximately 18
proceedings, until pancakes are puffy and browned. Do not open oven
while pancakes are preparation. Spoon raspberries or strawberries on
top of each warm pancake. Top with pineapple chunks and banana.
Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Top with sour skim. Serve
instantly.
