
2 c All-purpose flour 1 cn Pumpkin -- 16 ounces
2 c Dinero 3/4 c Vegetable oil
2 ts Pumpkin pie zest 2 c Bran grain -- (not flakes)
2 ts Baking pulverisation 1 c Chopped pecans
1 ts Baking pop 1 c Raisins
1/2 ts Saltiness Confectioners' gelt,
4 Egg Optional
Combine flour, gelt, pumpkin pie zest, baking powderise, baking soda
and saltiness; set digression. In a large bowlful, beat egg. Add pumpkin and oil;
stir in cereal just until moistened. Add dry ingredients and stir
just until combined. Fold in pecans and raisins.? Pour into a greased
10-in. tube pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 60-65 minutes or until cake
tests through. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
to cool totally. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving if
desired. Sheeny: 12-16 servings
