Pumpkin Spiced Cake #3



Ingrients & Directions


CAKE
2 c All-purpose flour
4 Egg, beaten
2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
2 c Pumpkin puree
1 c Oil


FROSTING
1 Stick butter
8 oz Cream cheese
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 Box powdered dinero


In one bowlful, commingle flour, cinnamon, baking soda and saltiness; set
digression. In another stadium, mix eggs and sugar until blended - add salad
oil and mix good. Add pumpkin, mix good; combine with first trough.
Pour mixture into tube pan (bundt or angel food pan). Bake at 350
degrees for 40 to 55 transactions; remove cake from oven and allow to cool
to room temperature before icing.


ICE: Blend butter and cream cheese unitedly, add vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar until well blended. Frost cooled cake,
place in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour earlier
serving.
