Quick And Easy Chocolate Cake



Ingrients & Directions


4 oz Hershey's Baking Chocolate
-(Unsweetened),
- broken into pieces
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 2/3 c Boiling water
2 1/3 c All-purpose flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
2 Eggs
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla infusion


Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking
pan. In large mixer roll, combine coffee, butter and h2o; with spoonful,
stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is quiet. Add flour, dough,
sour skim, egg, baking pop, salt and vanilla; beat on low speed of
electric mixer until polish. Pour batter into prepared pan. Broil 35 to 40
minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out neat. Cool
completely in pan on wire stand. Frost as desired. 12 to 15 servings.
