5 c Rhubarb diced
1 c Sugar
1 pk Cake mix white
3 oz Raspberry gelatin
3 c Marshmallows, minature
2 Eggs
Water as needed for mix
Arrange rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and mousse.
Cover with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix victimization 2 eggs and required amount
of weewee. Spread batter over the assortment. Bake at 350 for 50-55 transactions.
Serve warm with whipped skim.
