Rolled Oats Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Oatmeal 1 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 c Flour 2 1/2 c Sour milk or buttermilk
1 ts Saltiness 2 Egg, well beaten
1 ts Baking pop 1 tb Sugar
2 tb H2o 2 tb Butter or butter substitute
1/4 ts Maple flavouring


Sift flour, step, and sift with baking powderize, baking tonic, bread,
and saltiness. Add to oats and milk. Add butter, water and egg. Beat
thoroughly. Broil on hot griddle. 24 servings. Mrs. Scott Baxter,
