
Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c Yogurt
1 Egg
1 tb Butter; softened
1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking tonic
Mix yogurt, egg and butter. Combine flour and baking soda and stir into
yogurt assortment. Cook on hot, lightly buttered griddle until golden. Makes 4
pancakes. Serve these unusual 'cakes with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt
garnish with fresh berries.
