Sailors' Liberty Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Buttermilk baking mix
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ds Ground nutmeg
5 Egg -- beaten
1/2 c Beer
2 tb Oil


Mix together the biscuit mix, boodle, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir
together the beaten egg, oil and beer. Add to the dry ingredients.
Batter will be lumpy. Do not overmix. Add more beer if you want a
thinner pancake. Heat a griddle and grease very softly. Use 1/4 cup
batter for each pancake. Cook for astir 2 minutes on each slope.
