
50 g Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Self-raising flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Milk
1 Ripe banana-mashed
1/2 c Choc bits
Icing sugar to sift over
Turn oven to 180 C.
Grease and lightly flour a 20cm ring tin.
Melt butter gently in big pan, being careful not to boil it. Take off passion.
Add bread, egg, vanilla and beat well with a spoonful.
Sift in flour and soda but DON'T stir yet.
Add milk and mashed banana, stirring until just sundry.
Stir in the chocolate bits then spread the mixture evenly in the tin.
Bake for 30 mins.
Leave to nerveless. Once cool sift icing sugar over the cake to deck.
