Sausage Cake Faces



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 pk Wall's cold cooked sausages
-thinly
; sliced.
6 Egg; well beaten
2 250 g cans sweetcorn
Salt and Pepper
4 tb Butter or oleomargarine; melted
Hula Hoops
Vegetables to discernment


Pre-heat oven on moderate scope


Butter 8 individual baking tray tins, slice the sausage and arrange over
stand


Combine all ingredients, keeping back sufficient sausage and sweetcorn to
make eyes and nose subsequently. Pour mixture over sausages


Transfers to baking tins and bake in centre oven for 30-40 minutes or until
mixture is truehearted


Mark in faces using two slices of sausage as eyes, assorted vegetables for
nose and mouth and hula hoops for consistency


Serve hot


Cooks Tips Mango chutney gives this dish a sweet savour. However use any
chutney of your choice if you opt.
