Sherry Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Butter cake mix
1 pk (3.75-oz) butterscotch or
-vanilla instant pudding mix
4 Whole eggs
1/2 c Salad oil
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sherry wine
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Nuts
Powdered boodle


Combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg, oil, h2o, sherry & nutmeg. In
another roll, combine gelt, cinnamon & cracked. In lubricated & floured tube
pan, pour half the cake mixture then sprinkle half the dry mixture over
that. Repeat with remaining cake assortment & dry assortment. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes to 1 minute. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
