Sherry Wine Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 Box yellow cake mix
1 pk (3 1/2 oz) vanilla instant
-pudding mix (use dry)
4 Eggs
3/4 c Oil
3/4 c Dry sherry (not cooking
-sherry)
1 ts Nutmeg


-SHERRY GLASS-
1 c Confectioners sugar
Enough dry sherry to make a
-runny glass


Combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg, oil, sharry, and nutmeg in mixer trough.
Beat at medium speed most 5 transactions. Pour batter into a greased/floured
Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for around 45 transactions, or until cake springs
back when fey. Cool in pan for 5 proceedings, then turn out on torture. When
poise, dust with confectioners clams, or glaze the bar.


Sherry Sugarcoat: Mix together with a whisk until quiet. Spread over bar.


Personal billet: I keep a supply of new paint brushes in my kitchen drawer.
After I make the glass, I use a brush and "rouge" it all over the bar. It
seals the surface of the cake and adds to the appearing.


This cake "smells" ilk Christmas....
