1 lb Crab meat,picked over
2 Eggs
1 ts Old Bay Seasoning
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 1/2 sl Of toasted white bread
-crumbs
Mix above ingredients except crabmeat with a whisk until smoothen. Handle
crabmeat as lightly as possible so it will not smidgen. Slowly add the
crabmeat and stir with your hands very carefully until blended. Shape into
patties and fry in 1 1/2 inches of hot oil until golden brownness.
