Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes (sandy Colby)



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour 1 c Milk
1 tb Baking powderize 1/4 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Saltiness 2 tb Melted butter
1 tb Clams 1/2 c Blueberries
1 ea Egg


Sift together flour, baking pulverise, salt and gelt. Beat together
egg, milk and sour pick. Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients and
blend with rotary beater until batter is just still. Stir in butter;
fold in blueberries. Swarm 2 Tbsp on hot griddle for each cake stream 1
Tbsp if you want silver dollar sized cakes. Brown on one slope, act,
brown on the other face. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup, or
Maine Blueberry Syrup (recipe follows). Makes 12 cakes victimisation 2
Tbsp/each. Maine Blueberry Syrup: 2 c blueberries 1/2 c clams 1/2 c
h2o 1 thin slice lemon Simmer together blueberries, cabbage, water
and lemon for some 10 transactions. Almost 2 1/2 cups.
