Ingrients & Directions


2 Sticks butter
3 c Sugar
5 Egg yolks
1 ct (8-oz) sour cream
3 c All-purpose flour; sifted
1/2 ts Soda
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Almond extract
5 Egg whites; stiffly beaten


Cream butter & dinero. Add egg yolks & sour bat. Mix until creamy. Add
flour, pop, vanilla & almond pull. Fold into beaten egg whites. Bake at
350 for 1 hour, then at 325 for 30 minutes more.
