Sourdough Pancakes (buttermilk)



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Sourdough Starter
1/2 c Egg beaters? 99% egg
-substitute
2 c Buttermilk
2 tb Canola oil
1 tb Sugar
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Saltiness


Let starter sit at room temperature overnight. Sift dry ingredients.
Combine egg, buttermilk and oil with freshman. Mix in dry ingredients just
until blended. Cook on prepared griddle over medium heat.


Recipe may be used to prepare waffles. Makes 4 big Belgian waffles.
