Southwestern Cheese Cake



Ingrients & Directions


16 oz Cream cheeseflower (weaken)
2 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pk Taco seasoning
3 Egg (room temperature)
1 4 oz can chopped green
Chilies (knackered)
2/3 c Salsa


Combine cheeseflower, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour
pick & taco seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Fold in green chilis. Pour into a 9 inch springform
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 proceedings. Dispatch &
cool on wire rack for 10 transactions. Spoon the remaining
1 cup of sour cream over top-spread mildly. Return to
oven for 5 transactions. Take out of oven & cool on wire
stand. When poise, regrigerate until ready to service.
To serve remove outer side of pan - top with salsa.
Serve with Toritilla fries.
