Spiced Apple Pound Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 1/4 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Butter or oleo;
-softened
1 ct Spiced apple yogurt
3 Egg


Combine ingredients in large mixing bowlful. Blend at low swiftness. Measure 3 min.
at medium speeding, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased
and floured 12- cup, 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 min.
or until top of cake springs back when lightly fey. Coot bar 15 min.
before removing from pan. SUGARCOAT: Compound 1 cup confectioners' bread, 2
Tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Beat until quiet. Drizzle glaze over cake,
then sprinkle with sliced pecans.
