Spiced Pecan Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 c Packed light brown sugar
2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground nutmeg
1 c Unsalted butter
2 ts Summation 2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c Sugar
3 c Sifted all-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 c Positive 2 tbsp milk
3 Egg whites


Grease and flour deuce-ace 8" round cake pans (1 1/2" inscrutable). Place the pecans
in a large ungreased roasting pan. Roast bonkers @ 425 degrees for 10 transactions,
