
2 c Dinero 1 ts Ground nutmeg
1 c Butter or oleo -- 1 c Buttermilk
Dull BUTTER CREAM ICING:
4 ea Egg -- beaten 1/2 c Shortening
3 c All-purpose flour 1/2 c Butter or oleomargarine --
1 ts Baking pulverize Softened
1 ts Baking tonic 1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Ground cinnamon 4 c Confectioners' sugar
1 ts Ground ctoves 3 tb Milk
In a mixing roll, cream sugar and butter. Add egg; beat good.
Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with
buttermilk. Mix wellspring. Pour into a greased and floured 13-in. x 9-in.
x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 35-40 minutes or until the
cake tests through. Chill. For icing, cream shortening and butter in a
mixing stadium. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in boodle. Add milk; beat
until light and fluffy. Frost patty. Hymie: 12-16 servings
