
6 Egg, separated
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
1 tb Water
1 c Sifted cake flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Lemon rind

Combine egg whites and saltiness. Beat until they stand in soft peaks.
Gradually beat in 1/4 cup dinero. In another trough, beat egg yolks
until thick and frothy. Slowly beat in remaining sugar and weewee. Sift
together flour and baking powderise. Slowly add yolk assortment. Stir in
lemon rind. Fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture until well blended.
Broil 25 to 30 mins., or until cake springs back when lightly touched
with thumb. Allow to nerveless. Remove from pans and peel off waxed wallpaper.
