Sponge Nut Cake For Passover



Ingrients & Directions


8 Egg, separated
1 1/2 c Sugar
10 tb Potato starch
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Walnuts, land


Beat yolks. Gradually subjoin 1 cup clams, potato starch, vanilla and balmy.
Make snow with whites; 1/2 cup clams. Fold into yolks. Bake at 350f degrees
for 1 hour in 9 inch tube pan. Reverse; cool for 1 minute.
