1/2 c 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Skim milk
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
8 Frozen unsweetened whole
-strawberries
1 ts Toasted wheat bug
Place cottage cheeseflower, skim milk, boodle, vanilla and frozen strawberries in
a liquidiser; serve 1 minute or until still. Pour into glasses, and
sprinkle with wheat seed. Serve instantly.
