Strawberry Pecan Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 Box duncan hines white cake
-mix
1 Box (little) strawberry jello
1 c Wesson oil
1 c Thawed strawberries
1 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Milk
4 Eggs
1 c Flaked coconut


-ICE-
3 3/4 c Powdered sugar
1 Stick butter; melted
1/2 c Thawed strawberries
1/2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Flaked coconut

My sister served this at a party, was a hit! Not lo-cal! You could
probably substitute fresh strawberries.


Coat: Mix all and put in greased/floured 9X13' pan. Cook for 40 minutes at
350 degrees.


Ice: Melt butter and mix all, spread on cooled cake, refrigerate until
served.
