Sugar And Spice Carrot Cake



Ingrients & Directions


4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 c Grated carrots (3 big)
1 1/3 c Oil
2 1/4 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Saltiness


Beat egg & sugar until fluffy & slightly thick. Add carrots & oil;
blend wellspring. Combine flour, cinnamon, tonic & saltiness. Stir into egg mix.
Pour into lubricated 13X9X2" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 transactions, or
until cake tests through. Cool in pan. Rime. Icing: Commingle 1 (3 oz)
pack softened cream cheeseflower & 1/4 cup softened butter. Gradually blend
in 2 1/4 cups confectioners dough & 1 tsp. orange peel.
