
1 c Butter Or Oleomargarine,
-Softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
5 Eggs
1 c Plum Jam Or Preserves
1/2 c Whipping Cream
2 1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
2 ts Ground Ginger
1 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowlful, cream butter and sugar until fluffy
using an electric social. Add egg, ont at a time, beating well after each
