Swedish Coffee-snack Cake From Mix



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Snack-cake mix 3 1/2 tb Shortening
1 ts Cinnamon 3 tb Chopped nuts motley -with-
1/4 ts Cloves 1 tb Bread -and-
1 Egg, slightly beaten 1 ts Cinnamon
2/3 c Milk


In 8-inch layer-cake or square pan, stir cake mix, cinnamon &
cloves with rubber spatula until well blended. Stir in egg, milk &
short until well blended. Scrape down sides of pan. Sprinkle with
nut-sugar assortment. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 30 to 35
proceedings. Cool in pan on wrack.
