2 1/2 c All purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Orange juice
3/4 c Oil
2 ts Lemon extract
4 Egg

1 1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
1/2 c Lemon succus
Heat oven to 325F. Generously grease and lightly flour 12 cup fluted tube
pan. In a large bowlful, blend all cake ingredients at low speed until
moistened. Beat for 3 minutes at medium swiftness. Pour batter into prepared
pan. Bake at 325F for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out scavenge. Prick deeply every inch with long tined forking. In small
trough, blend glaze ingredients until still. Spoon half of glaze over hot
cake in pan. Let signify 10 proceedings; invert onto serving plateful. Spoon
remaining glaze over patty.
