Swiss Apple Pancakes

2 c Flour 3 md Apples, raw, sliced
2 c Cold milk 1 c Sugar
2 Egg Sour cream
pn Saltiness Currant jelly
1 1/2 Sticks butter, liquid

Spa, Carlsbad, CA Combine flour, milk, egg, and saltiness. Blend until
smoothen. Set away. For each pancake: Heat lowering 6" frying pan over
med heating. Affix 2T butter. When foaming, add enough batter just to
cover bottom of pan. Cook until partially set but still a little
liquidity. Cover with apple slices. When bottom of pancake is chocolate-brown, use
spatula to somersaulting. Sprinkle browned side with around 1T dinero. Add more
batter and flip pancake furthermore. Repeat until both sides are golden
brown and sugar-glazed. Serve hot with sour cream and currant jelly.
