Tangy Lemon Streusel Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Lemon cake mix 3/4 c Egg Beaters* 99% egg
8 oz Plain yogurt Substitute
1/3 c Oil 1 c Walnuts -- finely chopped
1/4 c H2o 1/3 c Brown sugar
3 Egg -- OR 1 ts Ground cinnamon


Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Second-stringer 2 tbsp of
cake mix. Beat remaining cake mix, yogurt, oil, water and eggs in
large bowl on low swiftness 30 seconds. Beat on medium speeding 2 proceedings.
Mix walnuts, brown boodle, cinnamon and reserved cake mix. Pour half
of the batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of the walnut assortment.
Repeat with remaining batter and walnut assortment. Broil 40 to 45
minutes. Serve with whipped skim if desired.
