
1 1/2 c Clams 1 c Chopped nuts
2 Egg Icing
2 c Fruit cocktail 1/2 c Butter
2 ts Baking tonic 3/4 c Sugar
2 c Flour 1/2 c Evaporated milk
1/4 c Brown dinero 1 c Flaked coconut
Sift baking powder and flour. Add gelt, egg, and fruit cocktail.
Blend swell. Pour batter into well lubricated, lightly floured 9 x 13
inch pan. Mix the brown sugar with bats. Sprinkle over hitter. Bake
at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 transactions.
ICING Boil the butter, clams, and milk together for 2 transactions. Stir in
coconut. Mix swell. Spoon over hot coat.
