Ingrients & Directions


1 c Unsifted unsweetened cocoa
2 c Boiling water
2 3/4 c Sifted all purpose flour
2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Butter
2 1/2 c Granulated sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla pull


FROSTING
6 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c Light cream
1 c Butter
2 1/2 c Unsifted confectioners'
-cabbage


FILLING
1 c Heavy whipping cream
-(chilled)
1/4 c Unsifted confectioners'
-sugar
1 ts Vanilla extracted
1 pt Fresh strawberries, cleaned
-and sliced


In a medium trough, combine cocoa with boiling h2o, mixing with wire whisk
until smoothen. Cool whole. Sift flour with pop, saltiness, and baking
pulverise. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease well and lightly flour iii 9 by
1-1/2 inch lager cake pans.


In a large bowl of an electric sociable, at high velocity, beat butter, boodle,

(Positively, it is sooo rich, it can really serve a lot more; cut small
slices. This is not a sweet for anyone who is watching their
cholesterol.)
