Thengai Thirattipaal (coconut Cake)



Ingrients & Directions


2 Coconuts; grated
2 c Jagghery; powdered
2 tb Ghee
12 Cardamon pods; pulverised


Grind grated coconut to a very fine spread, adding a little water if required.
Take jagghery, ground coconut and ghee in a heavy pan and cook on a medium
flame for roughly 15 transactions, stirring endlessly. Reduce to low flame and
stir once in a piece. Cook till mixture becomes thick and starts leaving
the sides of the pan. Add cardamon pulverisation, mix well and answer.
