1 whole vanilla wafer cookies
2 pk ( 8 oz ea) no fat cream
: cheese
3/4 c sugar
2 ea eggs or egg reliever

Place vanilla wafer in bottom of paper muffin cup lining. Mix cream
cheeseflower, dough, egg. Garnish with red cherry or green and red
candied cherries for Christmas.

Pour into muffin cups. Broil 15 min at 375 degrees.
