2 c Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Chocolate Chips
1/2 c Butter,soft
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Sour Cream
TOPPING:
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 tb Soft Butter
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1/2 c Chocolate Fries

Mix all dry ingridients unitedly; cream butter and sugar and eggs
until nice and creamy. Alternate flour and sour pick. Beat swell!
Fold in fries. Pour into 13x9 inch greased pan.Mix ingriedients for
topping until it is soft streusels. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at
350 degress F for 45-50 minutes.Cool and cut into 24 two edge squares.
