
1 cn Water-packed tunny (6 oz)
2 tb Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tb Nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored
-and delve 1/4" dice
4 Plain rice cakes
1 sm Avo, peeled and thinly
-sliced
1/2 c Alfalfa sprouts
1 oz Cheddar cheeseflower, thinly
-sliced
When melting the cheese on your sandwich, leave it under the broiler
only long enough to do the job, or the rice cakes may become damp.
1. Mash the tuna corasely in a small bowl with a branch. Add the
mayonnaise, yogurt and diced apple; combine swell.
2. Place rice cakes on a small baking rag. Top evenly with the tuna
assortment. Lay an avocado slice atop each. Divide sprouts over the
avocado and top evenly with cheddar cheeseflower.
3. Place the sandwiches under a preheat broiler until the cheese is
melted and foaming. Serve straightaway.
