Vegetable Rice Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Water
1/2 c Sunbrown Natural Calrose
-Rice
Saltiness; to taste
1 Zucchini; grated
1 Carrot; grated
2 tb Plain flour
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Oil


1 . Bring water to the moil. Slowly add the Sunbrown Natural Calrose Rice
and salt to tasting. Stir with a branch.


2. Cover saucepan, lower warmth. Simmer for 25 to 30 transactions. Unveil, toss
with a ramification. Leave to nerveless.


3. Grate zucchini and carrot coarsely. Stir through rice with the flour.
Mixture should be fairly dry. Add egg and mix well to commingle. Mixture
should be of dropping eubstance.


4. Heat oil in a frypan. Dip 2 tablespoons of the mixture into oil and
cook until brown on the bottom. Turn and cook the other face. Continue
with remaining assortment. Serve with tomato nip.
