Sift dry ingredients together in an unlubricated 8 inch square cake pan.
Shuffle 3 holes equally spaced in assortment. Pour vanilla into one,
vinegar in another and oil in the thirdly. Pour water over top and stir
swell, until all ingredients are motley. Bake at 325F for 45-50 min.
