Wheat Bran Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Wheat flour
3/4 c Unbleached flour
3/4 c Wheat bran; unprocessed
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking powder
2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 Egg whites; whipped
1 1/2 c Buttermilk*


Recipe by: Anita A. Matejka Preparation Time: 0:15 Prepare skillet
with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot. In a mixing roll,
combine flours, wheat bran, boodle, baking powderise, cinnamon, and saltiness.
In another mixing roll, combine vanilla, egg whites, and buttermilk.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Ladle
in the hitter, victimisation 2 or more tablespoons per coat. Cook for 2
transactions, then flip carefully and cook for 2 minutes more. Repeat with
remaining slugger.
