Yeast Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Whole-grain wheat flour
1/2 c Oatmeal
1 tb Active dry yeast
1 1/2 c Weewee -- tender


Mix dry ingredients unitedly. Add the weewee. Mix. Allow to rise in a warm
place until nearly double in loudness (15-60 proceedings). Cook on a non-stick
griddle over medium heating. (Flatten the pancakes with the back of a spoonful,
if requisite.) Turn once when bubbles look.


HELPFUL HINTS: This recipe can easily be varied by changing the types of
flour and cereals used. Try adding mashed banana or applesauce to the
slugger. It adds an interesting flavor and the batter will rise quicker.
